Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a polished, welcoming and guest-focused Spa Hostess to join a luxury hotel in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who takes pride in creating a warm and professional first impression and ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional spa experience.

Salary: R10,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and warmly greet all spa guests, providing a professional and personalised service.
Manage guest arrivals, departures and spa bookings efficiently.
Provide guests with information regarding spa treatments, facilities and services.
Assist with appointment scheduling and ensure the spa diary is accurately maintained.
Handle guest enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Liaise with therapists and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness within the reception and spa areas.
Process payments and assist with basic administrative duties where required.
Ensure that guests are comfortable and well looked after throughout their visit.
Uphold the luxury standards and service expectations of the property at all times.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in a spa, luxury hotel, lodge or high-end hospitality environment is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A warm, friendly and professional personality.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
Well-presented with a strong understanding of luxury guest service.
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
