Job Title: Social Media Support & Lead Capture Intern

Job Summary
As the Social Media Support & Lead Capture Intern, you will manage social media enquiries, engage prospective customers, and accurately capture leads in the company’s Zoho CRM for sales follow-up.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to direct messages, comments, and enquiries across the company’s social media platforms.
Provide accurate information on products, promotions, hire-purchase plans, and investment offerings, escalating complex enquiries where necessary.
Capture prospective customers’ details, including names, phone numbers, locations, and areas of interest.
Record, update, and categorise leads in Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate entries and avoiding duplicates.
Track enquiries and leads, prepare periodic activity summaries, and share common customer questions and feedback with the sales and marketing team.
Requirements
Student or recent graduate with an interest in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in standard English and Pidgin.
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
Good attention to detail, basic computer skills, and willingness to learn Zoho CRM.
Reliable, self-motivated, organised, and able to meet response timelines.
Salary N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
