Job Position: Social Media Manager
- We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team and manage the online presence of both companies.
- Manage and grow the social media pages of BTF Edible Oil and SLF Biotechnology.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Create engaging content, including Reels, TikToks, product videos, and lifestyle content.
- Design professional graphics, flyers, adverts, and other marketing materials.
- Write compelling captions, promotional copy, and product descriptions.
- Create, manage, and monitor paid advertising campaigns.
- Research social media trends, competitors, hashtags, and content strategies.
- Develop content calendars and schedule posts across platforms.
- Manage comments, direct messages, and online customer engagement.
- Analyse social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Maintain consistent branding across both companies.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and CapCut or similar design and video-editing tools.
- Ability to create quality graphics, videos, adverts, and promotional content.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Knowledge of paid advertising and campaign management.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative, proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines.
- A degree or relevant training in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
