Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Create and edit Reels, videos, photos and graphics.
• Film product demonstrations and promotional content.
• Plan, schedule and publish posts with engaging captions.
• Engage customers and respond to comments and messages.
• Track performance and follow social media trends to improve results.

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong filming, video editing and communication skills.
• Skills in CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
• Good content planning, caption writing and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to use social media insights to improve content.
• Good organisation and time management.
• Portfolio or examples of previous work.
