Responsibilities
Manage company social media pages &Create and post engaging product content and promotions.
Respond to customer inquiries and generate qualified leads.
Convert online traffic into potential customers for the sales team.
Maintain daily communication with prospects via social media and WhatsApp.
Track performance of posts and provide weekly reports.
Requirements
HND / B.Sc in any relevant field.
Previous experience in digital marketing or as a social media manager.
Experience managing pages & Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva is an advantage).
