Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media & Growth Manager to lead the distribution, promotion, and performance of digital content across multiple social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, content distribution, and platform analytics, with the ability to translate insights into measurable audience growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily content publishing and distribution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
Develop and execute strategies to grow audience, reach, engagement, and overall platform performance.
Ensure content is actively promoted and strategically distributed, rather than simply published.
Identify high-performing content and opportunities to repurpose existing radio, podcast, and video content.
Coordinate social media personnel and ensure consistent daily execution and deliverables.
Monitor social media analytics and use performance insights to optimise content strategy.
Identify emerging trends, content formats, and growth opportunities across platforms.
Set clear performance targets and drive accountability within the team.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, digital content trends, and audience behaviour.
Practical experience in content distribution, promotion, and social media analytics.
Proven ability to grow audiences, reach, engagement, and digital visibility.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Creative thinking combined with a data-driven and analytical approach.

How Success Will Be Measured
Performance will be assessed based on audience growth, reach, engagement, publishing consistency, content distribution effectiveness, and measurable improvements in overall platform performance.
Salary N400,000 – N500,000 monthly.
