Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Provide strategic and marketing plans to enable the attainment of GN MFB Revenue and profitability goals.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of deals, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
Provide prompt responses to customer enquiries on products or existing account queries.
Monitor and manage existing loan portfolios to ensure timely repayment and mitigate credit risk.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity reports, such as daily call reports, weekly and monthly work plans.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Lead.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing or any other relevant course of study.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in SME banking in a financial institution.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing business loans and maintaining a quality portfolio.
Good interpersonal relationship and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, as well as meet deadlines.
