We are seeking a Site Foreman to supervise daily site operations and coordinate trades to ensure construction works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site activities and coordinate labour, subcontractors, and equipment operators
  • Allocate tasks and ensure smooth sequencing of all trades on site
  • Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
  • Track progress, report delays, and support site planning with the Site Engineer
  • Enforce site safety, PPE compliance, and housekeeping standards
  • Maintain daily site records including labour, materials, and equipment usage
  • Support inspections, snagging, and handover activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years construction experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and MEP works
  • Ability to read drawings and coordinate site execution
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Construction-related qualification is an advantage
  • Physically fit and able to work on active site environments
