Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all site office areas, meeting rooms, and reception areas daily
  • Clean and maintain all welfare facilities daily: canteen, rest areas, toilets, and shower blocks
  • Clear construction debris, waste, and packaging from common circulation routes, access roads, and communal areas
  • Manage waste segregation in the construction waste area: separate general waste, recyclables, and hazardous waste into the correct containers
  • Support the Environmental Compliance Officer in maintaining clean concrete washout areas and fuel storage areas
  • Clean and set up meeting rooms before and after meetings
  • During the fit-out phase, provide intensive cleaning support in completed units: remove plaster dust, construction debris, and packaging from finished areas before handover inspections
  • Report any damage, maintenance requirement, or welfare facility defect to the Site Administrator

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum secondary school education
  • Previous experience in cleaning, facilities maintenance, or estate support services
  • Physically fit; comfortable working outdoors in a construction environment

EXPERIENCE Minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience in electrical maintenance or industrial operations.
