Main Function

We are seeking a Shuttle Bay Transport Assistant to coordinate shuttle bay, passenger movement, and transportation activities, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient movement of personnel and materials.

Responsibilities

Attend to personnel travelling through the shuttle bay and ensure timely shuttle departures.
Ensure vehicles are available at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure.
Print manifests and ensure personnel board the correct shuttle.
Coordinate with Security and Transport teams to ensure safe and adequate transportation.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and breathalyzer tests for drivers.
Coordinate vehicle requests and transportation arrangements for personnel.
Liaise with Airport Protocol Officers to ensure smooth passenger transfers.
Manage materials and ensure items in transit reach their destinations.
Respond to travel-related enquiries and provide accurate information to personnel.
Monitor passenger movements and contact personnel who are unavailable before departure.
Maintain shuttle bay records, manifests, and daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate vehicle decontamination activities and report accordingly.
Ensure the shuttle bay remains safe, organized, and conducive for travellers.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

B.Sc./HND or equivalent in any discipline.
Maximum of 2 years' experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
Good communication skills in English.
Basic computer proficiency.
Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
