Welcome showroom visitors in a professional manner, identify their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
Demonstrate product features, explain technical specifications, pricing, and benefits, and answer customer queries.
Prepare sales quotations, orders, invoices, and maintain precise customer interaction records.
Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays, ensuring marketing brochures, samples, and catalogs are fully stocked.
Monitor showroom inventory levels, report missing or damaged stock, and ensure display equipment is safely maintained.
Follow up on customer leads and inquiries to support overall sales target achievement.
Address customer complaints professionally and escalate complex operational or technical issues to management.
Coordinate with stores, delivery, and technical teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum KCSE Secondary School Certificate or equivalent; a Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or Customer Service is an added advantage.
Proven customer service, active listening, persuasion, and sales closing abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional presentation and conduct.
Solid organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills under peak business hours.
High level of personal integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a showroom team.
