Shipping & Logistics Officer (nysc / Fresher) At Golden Oil Industries Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in preparing shipping and export documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and clearing agents.
• Track containers and provide regular shipment updates.
• Maintain logistics records and filing systems.
• Support inventory and warehouse coordination activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare logistics reports and other administrative documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Maritime Studies, or related discipline.
• NYSC members or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of shipping, import/export processes, or freight operations is an added advantage.
