We are looking to recruit a Shift Manager who will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, ensuring production efficiency, and coordinating workforce activities to achieve operational targets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring seamless coordination across all operational units within the plant.
Job Objective
Supervise and coordinate daily plant operations to ensure production targets and operational efficiency are achieved.
Monitor production activities, workforce performance, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth plant operations.
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
Maintain accurate operational records and reports to support management decision-making and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production activities to ensure output targets and shift schedules are met.
Coordinate activities across production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Monitor production lines, machinery, and processes to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
Supervise factory operatives, including production workers, loaders, warehouse staff, and technicians.
Allocate duties to team members and monitor shift performance to ensure productivity and discipline.
Provide operational guidance, training, and support on procedures and safety standards.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and workplace regulations.
Enforce safety standards and ensure consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment within the plant.
Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Ensure all machinery and equipment are properly functioning and report faults promptly to maintenance.
Oversee proper use of tools and equipment to prevent damage, accidents, or disruptions.
Maintain accurate records of production output, workforce attendance, incidents, and operational activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational strategy execution.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all operational and company information.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Education:
Minimum of First Degree is required.
2 - 3 years' experience in operations, production, or plant supervision.

Monthly net salary: 100,000 - 150,000 (based on experience and competence)
