Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming goods against approved Purchase Orders and GRNs.
Physically inspect goods before ERP entry (ERP entry handled by Procurement & Inventory Coordinator).
Prepare supporting documentation (GRNs, delivery notes, inspection reports).
Issue raw materials and consumables against approved requisitions.
Apply FIFO/FEFO principles during issuance.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.
Conduct daily cycle counts and participate in monthly/quarterly stock counts.
Investigate variances and report findings.
Maintain bin cards and stock movement records.Function B: Retail Outlet Lead (Coverage)
Supervise daily retail outlet operations.
Ensure timely opening/closing and high customer service standards.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Supervise cashiers and sales assistants.
Review daily sales reconciliations and hand over reports to Finance.
Coordinate stock replenishment and monitor slowmoving items.
Maintain attractive merchandising and promotional displays.
Prepare daily sales and footfall reports.Function C: Logistics Coordinator (Coverage)
Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules.
Allocate vehicles and drivers.
Supervise loading and verify goods against documentation.
Ensure drivers have required documents before departure.
Coordinate customer returns and reverse logistics.
Maintain dispatch logs and prepare weekly performance reports.Function D: Procurement Controller (Coverage)
Review approved purchase requisitions.
Source quotations from approved suppliers.
Compare prices, specifications, and lead times.
Prepare purchase orders and procurement schedules for approval.
Follow up on order confirmations and delivery dates.
Maintain supplier records and liaise on timelines and discrepancies.
Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues.

Coordinate with Finance on invoices and payments.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal controls.Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related field.
2–3 years’ experience in warehousing, retail operations, or logistics coordination.
ERP system experience (Odoo, SAP, Dynamics, or equivalent).
POS system experience (advantage).
Strong numerical, communication, and reporting skills.
