Sessional Medical Officer Grade 1ãƒâ¢ã‚â€ã‚â“3 Ãâ¢ã‚â€ã‚â“ Obstetrics And Gynaecology

Requirements :

• Appropriate MBChB/MBBCh qualification and current HPCSA registration as an independent Medical Practitioner. Experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, including labour ward and obstetric emergencies, will be an added advantage.

Duties :

• Provide medical officer services in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, including assessment and management of patients in the labour ward, obstetric and gynaecological casualty, wards and theatre as appropriate.
• Participate in emergency care, on-call duties, clinical documentation, multidisciplinary teamwork, teaching, audits and clinical governance activities under specialist supervision.
