Job Summary
Service Ambassador is responsible for processing customer banking transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other cash-handling activities, while ensuring accuracy, security, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Verify customer identification and ensure transaction accuracy.
Cross-sell appropriate banking products where applicable.
Maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
Comply with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
OND in any discipline.
Good numerical skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
High level of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
Must be willing to work in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.
Salary N193,000 monthly
