Toplent helps companies scale faster by connecting them with exceptional remote professionals from SEA, LATAM, and South Africa. We are currently collaborating with a client who is looking for a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to join their team on a full-time remote basis.
Responsibilities:
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs
Apply design thinking principles to solve complex problems and enhance product usability
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve design quality
Ensure consistency across all digital products by maintaining design systems and style guides
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and visual design skills
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Understanding of user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating outstanding user experiences
