Responsibilities
Monitor clients' functional assessments and formulation of necessary interventions;
Maintain records and data relating to patients;
Supervise the provision of health education to patients and caregivers;
Spearhead home environmental assessment;
Monitor follow-up on the patient's progress;
Promote data collection and for research;
Prepare periodic reports;
Promote and enhance mentorship and coaching strategies with a view to be consistent with the technical services principles and practices in water and sanitation provision.
Steer development, implementation, monitoring and review of a robust performance management system through providing oversight of the delivery of the annual performance contract and the strategic plan
Qualifications / Work Experience
Professional Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized Institution
Professional Membership to a relevant professional body in good standing
Academic Bachelor's Degree in any of the following disciplines: Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution
Professional Cumulative service period of nine (9) years' relevant work experience,three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Therapist I or in a comparable position
