Job Description

What you will do in this role:

• Provide technical support for the implementation of MNCH interventions at state and facility levels.
• Support facility and community teams in delivering quality MNCH services.
• Conduct routine supportive supervision and mentoring on MNCH service delivery.
• Support the use of MNCH data for program monitoring and quality improvement.
• Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.
• Assist in building the capacity of health workers on MNCH service standards.

Minimum recruitment standard

Qualifications and experience we look for:

• A first degree in Nursing, Midwifery, Medicine, or a related health field.
• At least seven (7) years of experience in MNCH programming, with experience on USG-funded projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of national MNCH guidelines.
• Strong supervisory and mentoring skills.
