Job Description

What you will do in this role:

• Provide technical support for the implementation of HIV/TB services at state and facility levels.
• Support facility teams in strengthening HIV/TB case finding, diagnosis, and treatment adherence.
• Conduct routine supportive supervision and mentoring on HIV/TB protocols.
• Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.
• Support the use of HIV/TB program data for monitoring and quality improvement.
• Assist in building the capacity of health workers on HIV/TB service delivery.

Minimum recruitment standard

Qualifications and experience we look for:

• A first degree in Medicine.
• At least seven (5) years of experience in HIV/TB programming, with experience on USG-funded projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of national guidelines.
• Strong supervisory and mentoring skills.
