As a senior full stack engineer, you'll lead end-to-end initiatives, design complete solutions and provide technical leadership across the entire application stack - from the interface a client taps on our app to the back-end systems processing their claim in real time.

What you bring
Experience
6+ years of proven full stack software development experience, delivering end-to-end solutions in production
Strong back-end capability in C#/.NET Core
Solid front-end experience with React or Vue and TypeScript
Experience designing scalable systems in AWS environments
A track record of leading technical decisions across the full stack - not just executing them
Experience working in regulated or financial services environments is a strong advantage
The ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to engineers, architects and business stakeholders
A genuine interest in growing the engineers around you
Education
Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate
Preferred: A relevant tertiary qualification in information technology
