Job Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Consultant a highly experienced software engineering professional with excellent communication skills, strong technical judgment, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
What We’re Looking For
Advanced English (C1+) with confident spoken communication for U.S. based client interviews and technical discussions.
9+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering, with strong hands on experience building and maintaining production systems.
Proven experience working professionally with at least 2 to 3 backend programming languages or frameworks, including Java/Spring, C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, or comparable backend technologies.
Strong understanding of backend architecture, API development, databases, system design, integrations, and scalable application development.
Ability to explain technical decisions clearly and demonstrate strong understanding of the technologies they have worked with.
Experience working across different technology stacks, development environments, and software architectures.
Practical experience with cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, containers, version control, and deployment processes is an advantage.
Proven ability to participate confidently in technical interviews, client discussions, solution reviews, or engineering assessments.
Strong real world delivery experience, with the ability to understand technical requirements, solve complex backend problems, and connect engineering decisions to business needs.
