Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, and CSS . Build dashboards, reports, maps, KPI boards, and operational tools used across the business. Integrate applications with APIs and PostgreSQL databases. Ensure applications are secure, responsive, reliable, and aligned with business requirements. Write automated tests and participate in code reviews. Deploy and support applications through structured DEV, TEST, and Production environments. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to development best practices. Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12). Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years' professional software development experience . Strong experience with: React TypeScript & JavaScript HTML & CSS Node.js SQL & PostgreSQL Git/GitHub REST APIs Automated testing and modern development practices Experience building and supporting production web applications. Advantageous Experience Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Firebase Hosting and Authentication Cloud Run Next.js, Vue, Angular, C#, Java, Go, or Rust Telecommunications, ISP, Fibre, Utility, or Operational Systems environments Experience mentoring junior developers Key Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
