Manage all civil and external works on site: internal roads, storm drainage network, perimeter boundary wall and security posts, sewage treatment plant installation, water treatment plant installation, generator installation, solar power infrastructure, streetlighting, and external landscaping
Liaise with the civil engineer consultant on design details, site conditions, and any changes to the civil works design
Coordinate the civil works programme with the residential block construction programme to avoid conflicts over access, material storage, and working areas
Manage the road and drainage construction sequence to avoid service conflicts and to support the construction logistics programme
Oversee the installation of all utilities infrastructure: sewage treatment plant, water treatment plant, generators, electrical distribution, and fibre optic cabling
Manage setting-out and level control for all roads and drainage in coordination with the Civil Works Land Surveyor
Maintain the civil works register: road and drainage inspection records, utilities installation records, and pressure test certificates
Ensure that road surfaces, drainage, and utilities are ready for commissioning in advance of the residential block handover dates
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering; COREN registration is strongly preferred
Minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience with demonstrated experience in road construction, drainage, and utilities installation
Experience in utilities infrastructure installation including sewage treatment and water treatment systems is preferred
Lagos State site experience is strongly preferred
Membership of NSE is an advantage
