What you'll do

  • Lead four regions. Translate strategy into regional plans, develop Regional Managers, and make fair, timely decisions on performance, promotions, and exits, using scorecards, coaching, and field visits to keep execution consistent.
  • Drive DSR productivity and recruitment quality. Improve sales per DSR, active selling days, and conversion. Own hiring plans with HR, hold teams accountable for F30 pass rates, and reduce attrition at its root.
  • Run the commercial discipline. Own regional budgets and incentives, track cost per sale, report to senior leadership and the MD, oversee product and pricing rollouts, and enforce sales standards and customer protections across Product, Marketing, Credit, Finance, and HR.

What you bring

  • Extensive, progressive sales leadership experience in high-volume field sales (FMCG, telecoms, financial services, fintech, distribution), including leading managers across multiple regions with a clear record of hitting targets. A bachelor's degree is expected; an MBA is an advantage.
  • Demonstrable experience running DSR or distributor networks, including territory design, and a proven record in recruitment and retention. Asset finance or pay-as-you-go experience is an advantage.
  • Strong financial acumen, comfort with dashboards and forecasting, and the integrity to hold standards under pressure.
  • This is a Band C1 role based in Nairobi, reporting to the Head of Sales, with regular field travel. It's demanding, and you're probably ready for exactly this.
  • Ready to build the engine behind 7 million customers and counting? Let's talk.
