Senior Sales Executive, Travel Agent Partnerships

resortlife.travel is a Maldives DMC that has been booking resort holidays since 2006 and now represents more than 180 resorts. We\'re also a travel-tech company. Our site runs an AI concierge, an AI-powered resort map and a voice engine. We need an experienced sales executive to build and grow our network of travel agent partners around the world.

What you\'ll do:

• Find travel agents, tour operators and travel agencies worldwide that sell Maldives holidays
• Sign them up as B2B partners of resortlife.travel through LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp outreach, follow-ups and trade networking
• Onboard new partners: set up their agent accounts and train them on our rates, booking tools and AI features
• Grow partner bookings through regular account management, follow-ups and promotions
• Keep a clean CRM pipeline and send a weekly report on leads, signed partners and bookings

What we\'re looking for:

• 4+ years of B2B sales or business development in travel, tourism or hospitality, at a DMC, a bedbank or in OTA partner sales
• A track record of signing agency partners, with numbers to show for it
• Strong written and spoken English (other languages are a plus)
• Confident cold outreach on LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp
• Comfortable working in a CRM and keeping it up to date
• Maldives or luxury travel knowledge is a plus
• Comfort working remotely to targets and deadlines

What we offer:

• Fully remote role
• More than 180 Maldives resorts and our own AI booking tools to sell to partners
• Salary: US$500 - 1,000 per month (CTC US$6,000 - 12,000/year)
• Performance commission on partner bookings (to be agreed)
