Job Title: Senior Project Manager III
Location: Nigeria
Description
Are you an experienced project management professional with a strong background in major capital projects within the oil and gas industry?
This is an opportunity to take on a senior leadership role and contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, execute, and finalize major capital projects valued at over $500 million.
Ensure projects are delivered within budget, scope, and agreed timelines.
Lead project teams and Project Leadership Teams (PLT).
Integrate development planning and subsurface team deliverables into overall project plans.
Identify and resolve key project issues while managing resources and project governance.
Manage relationships with joint-venture partners, commercial stakeholders, and government representatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering.
Extensive experience in major capital projects within the oil and gas industry.
International project experience, including at least two overseas assignments.
Experience executing major capital projects is an advantage.
Strong leadership, personnel management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management disciplines, including execution planning, contracting, procurement, cost estimating, project controls, planning, and scheduling.
Technical experience in one or more disciplines, such as Marine, Facilities, Subsea, Pipelines, or Structures.
