iqbusiness is seeking a Senior Project Manager with Programme management experience for contracting opportunities.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record of leading large, complex and strategically important programmes. You will need to take ownership of a multi-workstream programme with significant business and technology dependencies, engaging C-suite and senior executive stakeholders and driving delivery through to measurable outcomes.
Experience in digital platforms, vehicle leasing / vehicle asset finance (VAF), or credit decisioning and scoring platforms will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of a large, complex programme and provide strong programme leadership
Lead multi-workstream delivery with significant business and technology dependencies
Engage and influence C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
Manage delivery risks, dependencies, governance and budgets
Coordinate multiple business and technology stakeholder groups
Operate independently and navigate complex organisational environments
Drive the programme through to measurable delivery outcomes
Requirements
Proven track record of leading large, complex and strategically important programmes
Successful delivery of multi-workstream programmes with business and technology dependencies
Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
Experience managing risks, dependencies, governance, budgets and multiple stakeholder groups
Strong track record of driving programmes through to measurable delivery outcomes
Ability to operate independently and navigate complex organisational environments
Experience in digital platforms, vehicle leasing / fleet management, or credit decisioning and scoring platform transformation (advantageous)
