We’re Hiring: Senior Product Manager – GenAI Legal Technology

Morae Global is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic and growing Product team, helping redefine how legal professionals work through cutting-edge technology.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, feature development, and user experience of our GenAI-powered legal solutions.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Legal SMEs, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to turn customer needs and innovative ideas into impactful products.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Translate company and product vision into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
- Prioritise initiatives based on business objectives, customer insights, and technical feasibility.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the legal technology landscape, user needs, and emerging technology trends.
- Partner with Product Marketing on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
AI-Driven Innovation
- Design and validate GenAI-powered features for legal workflows, including drafting, summarisation, and search.
- Collaborate with Engineering to apply agentic frameworks and adaptive logic to product experiences.
- Identify and test innovative applications of AI/ML that enhance legal productivity, insight, and compliance.
Execution & Delivery
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and day-to-day product execution with Agile squads.
- Write clear user stories and product requirements to enable effective and rapid iteration.
- Work closely with Engineering and QA to support timely, high-quality product releases.
- Apply Lean Product Management principles to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Manage product roadmaps and communicate priorities effectively.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Conduct customer research, interviews, and feedback sessions to validate features and inform roadmap priorities.
- Partner with Legal SMEs and Customer Success to understand evolving user needs and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor product KPIs and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Culture
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to support positioning, competitive insights, and value proposition development.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment between product vision and execution.
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation, curiosity, collaboration, and customer focus.
