Job Title: Senior Growth Manager
Location: Nigeria (Hybrid)
What we are looking for Will have the following responsibilities
Define and execute the product roadmap, including defining product features, setting priorities, and managing timelines and budgets
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends, and use this information to inform product decisions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing
Work with engineering teams to ensure that products are developed efficiently and meet technical requirements
Develop and manage product pricing and positioning strategies
Track and analyze product performance metrics, and use this data to make informed product decisions
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans
Communicate product strategy and status to executive team and stakeholders.
Experience needed Must have the following:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field required
3+ years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering successful products
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership and project management skills.
