Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care, and providing continuous training, education, and professional development to nurses.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and manage the nursing team.
Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance nurses’ clinical knowledge and skills.
Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with clinical standards and healthcare regulations.
Ensure quality patient care, patient safety, and adherence to nursing protocols.
Identify training needs, mentor nurses, and promote continuous professional development.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve service delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Valid NMCN registration and practising licence.
Minimum of 7 years’ nursing experience, including team leadership or management.
Strong clinical, training, communication, and leadership skills.
