Qualifications
Expert-level experience with .NET 8 and C# 12 features, idioms and performance optimization.
Proven experience with Dapper and Entity Framework Core in production systems.
Advanced SQL Server expertise including query tuning, indexing, execution plans and statistics.
Deep understanding of transactional guarantees (ACID), isolation levels and deadlock analysis; experience with sharding and partitioning is beneficial.
Experience with Redis and distributed caching strategies is beneficial.
Experience with Elasticsearch (indexing, search and aggregation optimization) is beneficial.
Solid experience designing microservices and event-driven architectures and understanding service boundaries and communication patterns.
Hands-on experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
Strong DevOps and CI/CD experience, preferably with Azure DevOps, and familiarity with deployment strategies and release management.
Practical experience with observability tooling, incident management and leading post-mortems.
Strong automated testing background across unit, integration, contract and performance tests.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong ownership mindset and ability to lead through high-severity production incidents.
