We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Medical Sales Representative who can lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team while driving business growth across assigned territories.
The Senior Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and other key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare practitioners and key decision-makers.
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of medical sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned territories.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and support.
Prepare sales reports, market intelligence, competitor analysis, and performance updates.
Organize and participate in medical presentations, product launches, conferences, and promotional activities.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 4years' experience in pharmaceutical sales.
At least 2 years of experience managing or supervising a sales team.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
