To support the company's digital transformation initiatives by identifying, analysing, and optimizing business processes through automation. The role will drive process efficiency, improve service experience, reduce costs, generate business value, and support continuous digital transformation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Analysis & Improvement
Identify manual, repetitive, and inefficient processes suitable for automation.
Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
Design future-state processes that improve efficiency and productivity.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
Requirements Analysis
Engage business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and requirements.
Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear automation and technical specifications.
Ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and aligned with business objectives.
Automation Design & Implementation
Design, develop, implement, or oversee business process automation solutions.
Utilize tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, RPA, BPM platforms, and scripting technologies.
Test and deploy automation solutions while ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
Monitor automated processes and identify opportunities for further optimization.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor Business Process Automation Engineers and other automation team members.
Allocate workloads and monitor delivery against agreed timelines.
Promote knowledge sharing, technical development, and continuous learning.
Ensure automation solutions meet established quality standards.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the link between business units and technical teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solutions.
Communicate automation requirements, progress, benefits, and outcomes effectively.
Drive stakeholder adoption and support for implemented solutions.
Project Management
Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on automation initiatives.
Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and resources.
Ensure automation projects are delivered on time and within agreed requirements.
Measure and report on business benefits achieved through automation.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure automation solutions comply with IT, security, data protection, and organizational policies.
Enforce automation development, testing, deployment, and documentation standards.
Maintain accurate technical and process documentation.
Promote secure, scalable, and maintainable automation practices.
Agile Delivery
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work with Scrum teams to prioritize automation initiatives.
Support continuous improvement of automation development and delivery processes.
Support & Troubleshooting
Provide technical support for deployed automation solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues within agreed service levels.
Monitor solution performance and reliability.
Minimize disruption to business operations caused by automation failures.

Deliver at least 3 automated business processes per quarter.
Achieve at least 30% reduction in process time or cost through automation.
Maintain at least 85% stakeholder satisfaction with automation delivery.
Achieve at least 90% accuracy and completeness in documented business requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience or understanding of business process automation and digital transformation.
Knowledge of RPA and BPM technologies.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, RPA, or similar automation technologies is an advantage.
