Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Honours Degree CIA qualified or at least 2 CIA examinations completed Minimum 5 years' Internal Audit experience Strong knowledge of Risk Management, Governance, and Compliance ITGC and Application Controls experience advantageous Ability to work independently and manage audits end-to-end Key Responsibilities Execute risk-based internal audits from planning to reporting Assess internal controls, governance, and risk management processes Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements Prepare and present audit reports to management Conduct follow-up audits and monitor corrective actions Assist with risk assessments and fraud investigations Engage confidently with senior and executive management Liaise with external auditors where required Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and report-writing abilities Highly organised and deadline-driven Professional, assertive, and detail-oriented Self-starter with the ability to work independently Travel within the SADC region will be required twice a year for two days.
