Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Specialist - Reward, Performance & Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will provide specialist support across reward, performance management, talent acquisition and HR analytics, while contributing to the effective delivery of the Company's overall HR strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
  • Must have 4-7 years' relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to reward, performance management and recruitment.
  • Proven track record in talent sourcing and successfully closing professional and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, compensation and HR analytics.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI and HRIS/payroll systems is an advantage.
  • Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent is an advantage.
