Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
Build and sustain a strong organizational culture.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Develop and implement performance management systems.
Design employee engagement and retention initiatives. Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
Advise management on HR best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years' HR experience, with experience in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution.
Demonstrated experience building HR structures from the ground up, developing policies, managing organizational culture, performance management, succession planning, and employee relations.
Membership of CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
