The Role: Senior Full-Stack Developer The position contributes to the business by shaping software architecture, implementing new features, optimizing platform performance, and mentoring team members. Key focus areas include backend logic, frontend development, microservices, third-party API integrations, and AI-augmented development practices. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in Node.js and 2+ years in React, with experience building and operating production services at a meaningful scale. Participate in architectural decisions, research, and design to deliver scalable and robust software. Implement backend logic, create intuitive frontends, and integrate with third-party APIs. Collaborate closely with product, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a seamless, efficient platform. Guide junior developers, promote knowledge sharing, and maintain coding standards. Optimize platform efficiency, scalability, and maintainability while staying updated on industry trends. Develop AI features, including Agents and GenAI.
