Company and Job Description: You'll be joining a property services group that works across residential communities, rental properties and commercial spaces. Its work extends beyond managing buildings, bringing together financial administration, property operations and the needs of owners, tenants and community schemes. This role offers the chance to deepen your property finance expertise while gaining exposure to the financial workings of a diverse portfolio. You'll have the opportunity to strengthen your technical accounting skills, contribute to accurate reporting and continue progressing towards your CIMA qualification within an industry with plenty of moving parts. Key Responsibilities: Oversee monthly accounting processes and month-end reporting Prepare and review management accounts and financial statements Manage reconciliations, journals and general ledger accuracy Monitor budgets, income, expenses and financial variances Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements Job Experience and Skills Required: Relevant accounting degree or qualification Minimum 5 years' financial accounting experience CIMA completed or currently in progress Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Apply now!
