Senior Finance Planning & Analysis Manager

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

We're looking for someone who brings:

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within fintech, lending or financial services.
• CPA(K) or ACCA qualification and a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Exceptional Excel financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting expertise.
• Strong financial systems capabilities, including FP&A/EPM tools, Power BI and data analytics.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude to automate and elevate financial analysis.
• The commercial acumen, confidence and storytelling ability to influence senior stakeholders and Board-level decisions.
