Job Description

What you will do in this role:

  • Support the management of financial transactions and reporting for the project.
  • Process payments, retirements, and reimbursements in line with organizational policy.
  • Support budget monitoring and preparation of financial reports.
  • Support reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.
  • Support statutory compliance, including tax and pension remittances.

Minimum recruitment standard

Qualifications and experience we look for:

  • A first degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
  • At least six (6) years of experience in financial management, with experience on USG-funded projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of donor financial compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
