Senior Civil Engineer

Requirements:

• B.Sc./B.Eng. in Civil Engineering
• COREN Registered – Mandatory
• 7–8 years’ relevant experience
• Strong hands-on construction/site/field experience – Mandatory
• Proven experience supervising contractors and construction works
• Strong knowledge of drawings, BOQs, construction methods and quality control
• Good knowledge of HSE and Nigerian construction standards
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Real estate/property development experience is an advantage
