The responsibilities of the Team Lead include:

To grow the deposit liabilities of the bank.
To market the loan products of the bank and increase the loan book.
To sell other bank's products.
Working with the Head of Business Development, you will research and gain thorough understanding of the business environment and help fashion products/strategies suitable for customers.
Lead the assigned team and ensure that team objectives and targets are achieved.

Qualifications include:

First Degree or HND preferably in a numerate discipline.
MBA or other professional qualifications such as ACA will be an added advantage.
Demonstrable experience in SME Banking in commercial banks or microfinance banks and other financial institutions.
You ideally have existing customer base to quickly leverage on to mobilise deposits and recruit loan customers.
You should be carrying a sizable loan portfolio currently.
You are self-motivated and goals-oriented.
The job will require you to analyse loans and financial statements during loan processing and so you should have the skills to do this.
