We are recruiting three Senior Business Analysts to join a growing credit division. Each role is a specialist position at the intersection of customer experience, compliance, process design, and systems configuration . Together, these roles will help build new credit capabilities from the ground up. Available Positions: Senior Business Analyst: Credit Experience - ensuring customer journeys are compliant by design, balancing regulatory requirements with seamless customer experiences. Senior Business Analyst: Credit Process & Operations - turning product strategy into executable end-to-end processes, operating models, and exception handling. Senior Business Analyst: Credit Systems - functional authority for the Loan Management System (LMS), configuring lending products, account behaviours, and system rules. Key Responsibilities (across all roles): Translate regulatory obligations (NCA, FICA, POPIA) into clear requirements. Design compliant, customer-friendly credit journeys and processes. Define operating models, roles, responsibilities, SLAs, and exception paths. Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology, and Operations. Support testing, implementation, and incident investigation. Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, requirements development, and quality assurance. Requirements: Proven experience in credit, lending, or financial services. Strong BA fundamentals across requirements, process, rules, data, and traceability. Experience in greenfield or major transformation environments. Ability to balance customer experience, compliance, risk, and commercial priorities.
