Job Description

Are you a strategic thinker with strong business analysis skills and a passion for technology and AI-driven innovation? Tavia Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team!

We are seeking a proactive professional who can translate complex business needs into practical solutions, drive process improvements, and support the delivery of innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and discovery workshops.

Analyze business processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Develop business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and process models.

Support Agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization.

Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution validation.

Maintain requirements traceability, project documentation, and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or Scrum certification are an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation, BPMN, user story development, data analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement.

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Draw.io.

AI & Technology Requirements:

Basic to intermediate understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI (GenAI).

Experience documenting requirements for AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, virtual assistants, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, or fraud detection systems.

Ability to translate business challenges into measurable AI use cases.

Understanding of AI model lifecycle, governance, and Responsible AI principles.
