If you have experience working with ERP systems such as Syspro and are confident handling reconciliations, VAT, and month-end processes, this could be your next career move! Key Responsibilities Manage the full bookkeeping function, ensuring accurate financial records up to trial balance. Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger transactions, journals, and accruals. Perform monthly bank, supplier, and general ledger reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies. Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting, ensuring deadlines are met. Prepare and assist with VAT submissions and ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements. Maintain fixed asset registers and calculate depreciation. Support cash flow monitoring, budgeting, and other financial planning activities. Assist with internal and external audits by preparing supporting documentation and financial schedules. Maintain the integrity of financial data and ensure compliance with established accounting procedures. Identify discrepancies and contribute to improving the accuracy and efficiency of accounting processes. Minimum Requirements A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience. Demonstrable experience managing the full bookkeeping function up to trial balance. Strong working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger reconciliations, and journal processing. Practical experience with VAT, month-end procedures, and financial reporting. Experience using Syspro or a similar ERP/accounting system .
