Lead, mentor, and develop teams of AI engineers and data scientists, promoting innovation and technical excellence. Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI solutions leveraging modern machine learning frameworks and cloud technologies. Oversee governance, security, compliance, and operational performance to ensure reliable and responsible AI deployments. Essential Skills, Experience, & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years' experience in AI and Machine Learning engineering, including demonstrated leadership of technical teams. Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with leading cloud AI platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Proven success in developing, deploying, and managing AI solutions within production environments.
