The successful candidate will support the workshop team by carrying out general mechanical work, identifying basic faults, and ensuring that maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities
Assist with servicing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles, engines, and mechanical equipment.
Identify basic mechanical faults and assist with troubleshooting and repairs under the guidance of qualified mechanics where required.
Conduct routine inspections, assist with preventative maintenance, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Relevant mechanical training or qualification advantageous.
Previous experience in a mechanical workshop or similar environment.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and mechanical repairs.
Ability to use workshop tools and equipment safely.
Willingness to learn and assist with a variety of mechanical tasks.
Good practical and hands-on mechanical skills.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions.
Salary: R14,000 per month.
