Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to company premises, ensuring proper identification and authorization of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
Conduct routine patrols of buildings, production areas, warehouses, parking lots, and other designated locations to identify and prevent security risks.
Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment where applicable.
Maintain accurate records of visitors, vehicle movements, security incidents, and daily security activities.
Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles, goods, and materials in line with approved company procedures.
Prevent theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, and other security breaches.
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activities, escalating appropriately to the Security Supervisor or relevant authorities.
Enforce company security policies and ensure compliance with established safety and access control procedures.
Support emergency response, evacuation procedures, and incident investigations when required.
Maintain professional conduct when interacting with employees, visitors, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with the HSE team, Administration, and other relevant departments to promote workplace safety and security.
Ensure security posts, equipment, and assigned areas are properly maintained and handed over during shift changes.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of HND or additional qualifications in security management or a related field are an advantage.
Minimum of 1 - 3 years of relevant security experience.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or corporate security is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of access control, incident reporting, surveillance, and emergency response.
First Aid, fire safety, or security-related training is desirable.
