Section Coordinator (kindergarten & Lower School)

Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate the implementation of the Competency-Based Education (CBE) curriculum.
• Supervise teaching, learning and learner assessment.
• Mentor teachers and monitor learner progress.
• Coordinate parent engagement and learner welfare.
• Maintain academic records and prepare performance reports.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (ECDE, Primary Education or a related field).
• At least 5 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten and/or Lower School.
• Strong knowledge of CBE and competency-based assessment.
• Leadership or academic coordination experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
